Why a cloud POS stops.
Many modern POS systems keep everything on internet servers. That is handy until the connection fails: the router hangs or the provider has an outage. Then you cannot take orders or charge.
Reservezly works the other way round: the whole system is on your venue's computer, and the bar's Wi‑Fi links phones, kitchen and printers to it. Internet becomes optional.

How does a POS work without internet?
The program runs on your venue's computer, and phones, kitchen and printers connect to it over the bar's network.
What do I need?
A computer at the venue, a Wi‑Fi router (even without internet) and the waiters' phones or tablets.
What if the power goes out?
When it is back, the computer starts the POS by itself. Open tables and payments are not lost.
Where is my data kept?
On your computer, with automatic backups and also on a USB stick.
